RENEE RICHARDS Renee knows and cares for our facilities and residents as she does her own grandchildren. She has been part of Totalcare for 10 years and has always been selfless in her care delivery. She understands the Totalcare philosophy and applies it daily through her interactions with our residents. Renee is currently managing Waterfall Hills and La Vie Nouvelle as the Nursing Services Manager. She is approachable and professional in her relationships with both family and residents.
