A Life Right grants you the legal right to live in a property for the remainder of your life, without owning it outright. This provides long-term security without the financial responsibilities of full ownership, such as transfer duties, bond registration costs, or ongoing property maintenance.

Instead of purchasing the property, you pay a once-off Life Right investment. Upon passing or when the unit is no longer needed, the Life Right is returned to the estate, and a percentage of the original purchase price is refunded to your estate or nominated beneficiary.
