1. This promotion is open to all residents of Totalcare Assisted Living and Frail Care Centres, as well as their direct family.

2. There is no limit to the number of people each resident may refer.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase required.

4. Once you have made a successful referral and the new resident moves into one of our facilities, you will receive a R1000 deduction off your monthly rental bill for up to a maximum of 12 months.

5. The R1000 monthly deduction will be valid for every month the referred person stays at our facility for up to a maximum of 12 months.

6. Totalcare Living will inform the current resident once the referred new resident has moved in.

7. The first deduction will commence on the first month after the new resident moves in.

8. Entering your details will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
