Some kind words from a family member
Caring for people is our calling. And nothing makes us happier than to hear we’re doing it right than from our very own residents and their families. Annelie Behrendt wrote to us about how confident she is in the care her mother has been receiving since she moved into Belenois six years ago. Here’s what she had to say.
Words cannot describe how thankful I am for the care and love bestowed to my mother by everyone at Belenois. My mother moved to Belenois on 1 July 2015, after she had a stroke and could no longer stay alone. She moved into the assisted living section, but soon after that she fell and broke her hip. She was moved to frail care where she is still being looked after. Not one day did I feel she was not looked after and cared for. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, from the cleaners right up to management. Well done Belenois for keeping up and always improving on your high standards. Belenois can be proud and will always be recommended by me.
